The future Mr and Mrs King became YouTube sensations in November after Adam hired a choir to break into a rendition of Lovely Day on a train from Euston to Watford. 90 seconds in, Adam got down on one knee and asked Lucy to marry him. To the relief of the choir, the other passengers and most of all Adam, she said yes!

Holly Valance and Nick Candy

Clearly not one for mincing his words, property tycoon Nick had ‘WILL YOU MARRY ME’ written in fire as he got down on one knee and proposed. Holly then announced her news to over 118,000 Twitter followers, tweeting, ‘And I said YES!!! <3 Happiest day of my life!!!!! Xxxx’.

Kate Middleton and Prince William

William asked Kate to be his wife (and his future Queen) during a break in Kenya. William kept the £250,000 18-carat ring, which belonged to his late mother Diana, in his backpack for 3 weeks before he finally proposed.

After announcing the news to the waiting press, the Prince joked: ‘everywhere I went I was keeping hold of it because I knew this thing, if it disappeared I would be in a lot of trouble’. And as we all know, luckily everything went to plan!

To make sure his future wife knew just how much he wanted to marry her, Jordan filled a hotel room with rose petals and gift boxes for Christina to open, each with a present and poem inside. Congratulations to Sandra Segal who entered her yummy recipe into our Gym Mecca Moments competition and has been drawn as our winner!

1 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 egg whites or 1 egg equivalent  EnerG

1/2 cup soy or dairy milk

1/4 cup apple juice concentrate

1/4 cup raisins or craisins

about 1 1/4 cup chopped peeled apples

Soak the raisins in the apple juice concentrate for 30 minutes″ square pan with vegetable spray (or use non stick pan

Spray 8

Stir together dry ingredients. Add apples and toss to coat

Stir together all wet ingredients. Pour wet stuff into the dry, fold together just to evenly moisten the dry ingredients.

Spread this thick batter into the prepared 8″ pan, bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes

Sandra has won a year’s membership to her local gym and will be running rings around us all in no time at all!

Thank you to everyone for all your recipes. It certainly was fun trying them all out. Perhaps eating them all in one day defeated the object of being healthy!

Well it’s not every day you are guaranteed to win cash. I only ever remember winning a few things in my life; a handwriting competition when I was a 7 and a Live and Kicking competition (remember the Saturday morning show with Andy Peters?) DEBSXTURNXPLZX from Lancashire who loves playing bingo online won £10,147.5 on 12^th October 2010, she had pre bought her tickets for the day so she wasn’t in the room when her big win came in. Her brother then called her to tell her the news as he was playing in the room at the time ( not surprisingly she thought this was him winding her up!).

When we spoke to DEBSXTURNXPLZX said she felt wonderful when she realised she had won this as she had never dreamed that she would win it and that she was glad that she did not see the ticket playing out as she could of given herself a asthma attack!!

XRAGS_2_RICHESX then called her daughter who screamed down the phone at her! She wants to have a family holiday with three daughter and 5 grandkids and she also wants to pay off her debts.
